- Manage scope, timeline, and quality trade-offs
- Partner with engineering leads on roadmapping
Requirements
- 7+ years in technical roles with real software or infrastructure building experience
- Ability to read PRs and follow architecture discussions
- Fast-moving environment experience
- Strong process instincts
- Precise communication, written and verbal
- Comfortable with early timeline communication
- AI, cloud, or modern platform experience
Nice to Have
- Still writes code or scripts for own problems
- Hands-on AI tooling experience (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
- Deep cloud or DevOps background
- AI/ML program management experience
- Learned from failed programs
