- ● Manage scope, timeline, and quality trade-offs
- ● Partner with engineering leads on roadmapping
Requirements
- ● 7+ years in technical roles with real software or infrastructure building experience
- ● Ability to read PRs and follow architecture discussions
- ● Fast-moving environment experience
- ● Strong process instincts
- ● Precise communication, written and verbal
- ● Comfortable with early timeline communication
- ● AI, cloud, or modern platform experience
Nice to Have
- ○ Still writes code or scripts for own problems
- ○ Hands-on AI tooling experience (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
- ○ Deep cloud or DevOps background
- ○ AI/ML program management experience
- ○ Learned from failed programs
