Join our team supporting a high-visibility federal enterprise cloud program. You'll maintain enterprise-grade multi-cloud environments supporting mission-critical applications across AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP. This role involves complex technical challenges, innovative solutions, and ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of cloud infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Maintain efficient operation of multi-cloud systems, including coordination with network administrators
  • Set up and manage administrator and service accounts across multiple CSPs in FedRAMP and FedRAMP+ environments
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation for cloud infrastructure, tenant inventory, and configuration management
  • Tune system performance, install system-wide software, and allocate mass storage space
  • Respond to large-scale events involving instantiation of virtual resources (VMs, containers, storage)
  • Diagnose and resolve critical software and system failures with minimal impact to operations
  • Propose, drive, and implement technical solutions for automation, efficiency, and scalability
  • Develop and improve tools, reports, and processes to monitor cloud environment health
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with federal cloud computing security requirements
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud administration
  • Extensive hands-on experience administering enterprise cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI, and/or GCP)
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, IAM, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and automation frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues
  • U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible for Secret clearance at minimum

Nice to have

  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, OCI Architect)
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II certification
  • Experience with federal cloud environments and FedRAMP/FedRAMP+ compliance
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

U.S. Citizenship is required. This position requires an active U.S. government security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
