Design and own AI-powered products end-to-end. Daily work in agentic development environments. Context engineering, clean architecture, and technical leadership in a small senior team.

Responsibilities

  • ● Design and own AI-powered products end-to-end
  • ● Daily work in agentic development environments (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
  • ● Context engineering: prompt design, RAG pipelines, embeddings, evaluation
  • ● Clean architecture: APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, CI/CD
  • ● Technical leadership and mentoring
  • ● Prototype to production execution
  • ● Small team collaboration with direct client interaction

Requirements

  • ● 8+ years production software experience
  • ● Daily AI tooling usage with informed opinions on what works and what doesn't
  • ● Proficiency in 2+ of: TypeScript/Node, Python, Java
  • ● React/Next.js or modern frontend comfort
  • ● Cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • ● Containers, CI/CD, infrastructure as code
  • ● Proven production AI integration
  • ● Clear communication and comfort with ambiguity

  • ○ AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
  • ○ Vector databases
