Lead IT business analysis within the Warehouse Management Systems domain, focusing on supply chain and distribution operations. End-to-end system integration across CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, and Financial Systems.

Responsibilities

● Lead IT business analysis initiatives within the Warehouse Management Systems domain
● Analyze complex business problems, gather and interpret data, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making
● Plan, execute, and oversee software implementation and rollout activities
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Configuration, QA, and Business Operations
● Act as primary liaison for business stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
● Participate in solution design, configuration, and deployment activities to ensure alignment with business requirements
● Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear language

Requirements

● 8+ years IT business analysis experience within WMS and related supply chain domains
● Strong knowledge of WMS processes and operations including end-to-end system integrations across CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, and Financial Systems
● Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications
● Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendations
● Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
