Responsibilities
- ● Transform heavily customized Salesforce organizations and simplify legacy architectures
- ● Establish governance frameworks and best practices to reduce technical debt
- ● Resolve data quality issues including duplicate accounts/contacts and design account hierarchies
- ● Replace custom solutions with standard Salesforce features across Sales Cloud capabilities
- ● Rationalize pricing architecture and separate pricing from discounting logic
- ● Redesign sales processes and improve pipeline visibility and forecasting
- ● Fix data and integration challenges for enterprise systems
- ● Drive transition from Classic to Lightning and improve user adoption
