Experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Architect to lead enterprise sales transformation, including simplification of complex legacy environments, data hygiene, governance, and modernization of sales processes and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Transform heavily customized Salesforce organizations and simplify legacy architectures
  • Establish governance frameworks and best practices to reduce technical debt
  • Resolve data quality issues including duplicate accounts/contacts and design account hierarchies
  • Replace custom solutions with standard Salesforce features across Sales Cloud capabilities
  • Rationalize pricing architecture and separate pricing from discounting logic
  • Redesign sales processes and improve pipeline visibility and forecasting
  • Fix data and integration challenges for enterprise systems
  • Drive transition from Classic to Lightning and improve user adoption
