Data Analyst
Contract ยท Seattle, WA (on-site, 4 days/week)
Data analyst role focused on SQL and Databricks for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. The position involves working with a data intelligence platform, building dashboards, and collaborating with business users on data requirements.
Responsibilities
- ● Use SQL and Databricks for data extraction, transformation, and analysis within the data intelligence platform
- ● Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract and transform data using Delta Lake and Databricks features
- ● Import and ingest data into the Lakehouse
- ● Perform ad-hoc and exploratory analysis using Databricks SQL and SQL Editor
- ● Build dashboards in Databricks SQL and Tableau for visualization
- ● Manage data objects, tables, and views within the Databricks environment
- ● Participate in agile ceremonies including standups and refinements
- ● Complete testing of data products in different environments
- ● Work with business users and product managers to clarify business requirements
- ● Complete documentation for data products, process flows, and testing
